Winter Service Club Member Terms & Conditions
Winter Service Club Member Packages are only available for single-family homes. Annual Membership Fee does not include the hourly labor rate. All work is subject to additional costs dependent on the scope of work to be completed.
All Club Member Agreements are subject to terms of service and the following observed holidays: Thanksgiving Day (11.23.2023), Family Day (11.24.2023), Christmas Eve (12.24.2023), Christmas Day (12.25.2023), New Year’s Eve (12.31.2023) and New Year’s Day (1.1.2024).
Winter Service Work/Scheduling will be subject to neighborhood accessibility, road conditions, and hazardous weather conditions. In the event of neighborhood holiday trade restrictions, inclement weather, and or road closures, all impacted scheduled services will be rescheduled to the next available, safe, and accessible day.
The Winter Service Club Member Agreement End of Program Service date is April 30th, 2024.
Mills Roofing Inc. is not obligated to perform services after the above stated date.
All Winter Service work must be requested and approved at the member’s discretion.
Prior to winter services work performed, a separate contractual agreement per visit will be provided by Mills Roofing Inc. and must be signed and completed to the fullest extent before work will begin.
All contracted Winter Service Work is subject to the $190 per man per hour rate.
Upon a Mills Roofing Crew’s site arrival, the Winter Service Work requested will be assessed, and an approximate time allocation and total fee will be provided. Unless otherwise stated by the contractee, all Winter Service Work will abide by Mills Roofing’s ‘Do Not Exceed’ company standard of $5,200. If work is to exceed the company standard of the $5,200.00 “Do Not Exceed” amount, an additional contract with a change order will need to be completed in order for work to proceed.
Platinum and Gold Winter Service Club Members will exclusively have the standard $260 Truck Roll Fee waived.
All other services will be charged the Truck Roll Fee.
*Snow Monitoring: Platinum, Gold, and Monitor Club Members receive the exclusive monthly Snow Monitoring Service. This service includes a monthly site visit by a Mills Roofing Superintendent who will perform a snow and ice load check. Additional fees may apply depending on the Club Member level. Documentation and potential suggested services will be provided to the member during each visit. Mills Roofing Inc. does not assume liability for any damage resulting from snow and ice-related events. While our diligent monitoring aims to minimize risks and promptly address potential issues, Winter Service Members acknowledge that extreme weather conditions can still cause damage beyond Mills Roofing Inc.’s control. There is no warranty or guarantee that Mills Roofing Inc.’s monitoring efforts will prevent damage from occurring. Members should remain proactive in implementing additional protective measures to safeguard their property during winter weather conditions.
*Ground Snow Removal: Ground services are not included and are subject to the standard rate of $190 per man per hour. Ground Snow Removal services are exclusively available to Platinum Club Members only. This service applies only to snow that has accumulated on ground-level surfaces due to roof snow removal by Mills Roofing Inc.
All Winter Service Club Member packages’ response times are subject to Mills Roofing Inc. business hours, defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
